| Buyer Comments: | Dealer had a trade-in deal for 2500 for any vehicle, so we traded in our (poor condition) Volvo for the Focus. Dealer treated us well, didn't rush us, showed us a few cars, and let us do our own test drive for a few hours. They even came and towed our "trade-in" for us. |

| Cons: | Service is difficult to get in for at this dealer. To get in for an oil change requires an appointment at least one week in advance. |
