| Buyer Comments: | The internet negotiation was quick and painless. They were very straightforward and seemed pretty honest. There were no surprises with regards to vehicle cost after I drove 100 miles to finalize the deal. The salesperson (Charles Douglas) was very knowledgable and spent probably 1.5 hours with me after I bought the car showing me how to take full advantage of the technology in the car.
The ONLY negative I have listed below under 'Cons' |
| Pros: | No surprises, gave me a good price with basically no negotiation (and I got quotes from at least 8 dealerships via email). Fast response. |
| Cons: | The vehicle was 'new' and only had 30 miles on it, but there were scuff marks on the plastic door guards next to the rear passenger and driver doors. Also there were tons of scuff marks on the cupholder in the central console and various other little things that made it feel like the car had been 'used.' The dealership seems very responsive however and has offered to detail the interior of the car and perhaps replace the cupholder after faxing me a 'we owe you' form, etc, so I am still happy with the purchase & experience so far. |
