Buyer Comments:RT leather navigation heated seats V8 automatic bigger rims and all other options available. Buying experience was a bit aggravating. The economic conditions would preclude that prices should be low for all of their cars but the salesmen kept on trying to convince me otherwise that stocks are low for this car due to such high demand. I then logged on his computer and pulled up a satellite image of all the dodge challengers currently being held in manufacturer lots unsold. Argument was over. I then showed him this website showing actual prices being paid. I am glad the challenger forum site liked me here and I am returning the favor to the group. My price included all charges for dealership and shipping for $30,900 dollars. I just had to pay sales tax and license plate fees since I paid for the car outright. The dealerships are swimming in cars these days. The part that closed the deal was asking the salesman why I should pay a premium for a car from a car company that may go bankrupt and when competing cars at the tail end of the year will be nicer and about the same performance in the base models (ie. Camaro, mustang and genesis coupe). Keeping the prices artifically high on this vehicle will be very tough for dodge dealerships going forward. I even think I overpaid and am thinking I should have held out for the base model Camaro.
Pros:Lots of attention and call backs from dealership.
Cons:Lack of negotiations and misguided information about current state of company and stock available for the car.
