| Buyer Comments: | Torturous!!! This industry desperately needs to be regulated! In no other aspect of American life do you have to fight with all your might so you're not a victim of, what amounts to, grand larceny! If we had to go through this process for every big ticket item we purchased, I'd shoot myself!
Get the invoice price from consumer reports for $14 it's at least a start. Then, hang on! You will be misunderstood, misquoted, and at all times treated as if you have "sucker" printed on your forehead! By the time the salesman is finished with you, you'l barely remember your own name!My nightmare lasted 5 hrs! Stay firm to your price, stay clear headed and goal directed (keeping as much of your money as possible), scream, yell (they don't like other customers witnessing a scene),and walk out a few times. Stick to your price! Don't give in a penny! Rest assured, you will never feel as if you made a good deal. If you feel as if you did, great, if they ever tell you you made a great deal, you were rooked! |
