| Buyer Comments: | transaction was easy...price was good. I did everything through the internet, but it wa snot smooth sailing. I put in my price (15,700), they told me to come down and sign papers. At first, they were they tried selling me a different car. I said no way. AFter waiting for 20 minutes, they "found" the right papers. We went to test drive....after, we got back....sales guy claimed there was no way we could have it for that price. I brought all my emails...after another 20 minute wait...some dude came over and shook our hands and said congrats on your new car. Then the sales guy said we could not have the grad rebate (another 1K off). We waited another 10 minutes....the dude came over gain and said, yes, we can apply the graduate rebate. Everything else went very smooth. Finance guy was really nice and did not really pressure us. Found out later that the sales guy was new, so maybe that was why it was rocky at first. |
