| Buyer Comments: | I was pretty satisfied because they gave me low price on the Equinox right away but they tried to low ball me on the trade in and I had to get them to "come up" $2k. The sales man and finance manager used the tricks of the trade but they managed to do it by not coming across as pushy or slimy. |
| Pros: | Relaxed atmosphere (salesman had shorts and a hat on), were not too pushy or "slimy". VERY family friendly and "green" dealership. Up front low price on new vehicle without having to negotiate. |
| Cons: | Low balled the trade in and they took too long negotiating the trade in so I had to leave and pick up my children from school and come back and finish paperwork. |
