| Buyer Comments: | They had previously had a special price of 13595 for 2012 civic lx but they said it was a misprint and that had already been sold. So since I was already there worked a deal to 16,000 including all weather mats. The dealership was very friendly and were not pushy whatsoever. Very friendly and attentive the moment my mother and I walked in. Had a great experience at the first local dealership I went to as well, but they couldn't offer me the price I wanted. But am super happy to get the price we wanted and worked with a dealership that made the experience as pain free and smooth as possible. This first ever car buying experience was actually quite thrilling. Never knowing what's going to be the end result. I still feel as if I could have gotten the car at a better price, but I was playing chicken at that point. But still happy with the price. |

| Cons: | The manager barely made eye contact with me nor shook my hand. He only shook the hand of my mother, and I was the one paying for the car. That irked me. I was completely invisible to him. But the sales rep was awesome and attentive. |
