Absolutely excellent. Shortest buying experience but absolutely the best in over 20 car purchases over the years. Even got a follow up call from the dealership owner, who is always on site in plain view and accessible, and very up front price matching. No funny business and fair/honest. They made money, we got our deal we are happy with and customer service that I appreciate. Have spent that much money on other cars and NO customer service. So I'm impressed with Acura & Mac Churchill dealership.

Very good experience with Proctor Acura and the internet sales manager Robert Durand. Encouraged us to push the car during the test drive, letting the car sell itself vs. bashing competitors vehicles like we experiences with some other dealers. If you're a USAA member like myself, you should check out the USAA Car Buying Service that this dealership participates in. That gave us a fair, upfront, essentially no haggle price which saved time negotiating and allowed the dealer $600 profit before holdback by my calculations. If we lived closer to Tallahassee, we would definately establish a long term service relationship with this dealer.

Pros: Very friendly, low pressure salesman. Easy and timely communication through email and phone. Participates in car buying services, giving upfront competitive pricing.

Cons: On the lot vehicle selection was a little sparse, we settled on exterior vehicle color (wanted red but bought grey) to get other options and interior color we prefered (it was the last RDX base available at the time).
