Riverside, CA Inconvenienced greatly. My husband & I drove 2 hours to be deceived by salesperson who pretended to be part of the Fleet department who quoted a price that was untrue. FYI..you can negotiate a good deal if you purchase with the Fleet department (at any dealership), but at Acura of Riverside ask for Art. Do not talk to any salesperson, go straight to the Fleet Dept..they'll just waste your time!!

Pros: Pros???? Most dealership has no pros........they just try to rip you off. Cons: Finance manager, persuaded us to buy extended warranty by offering lower financing rate to 5.49% and stretch payment to 66 mos. I just figure out that the warranty is $1,000 cheaper if you get it from Acura Care online. I'm going to cancel it. I just got ripped there and I hate it. Cerritos, CA Good experience overall - better than past at other dealers (different makes of cars). Only concern is that after we had selected our car and test drove it and made the deal, our salesman came back and said it was already sold (it was in the middle of the lot sandwiched between other cars) so they substituted another but it had virtually no miles on it - we test drove and inspected but still seems odd.
