Tried to sell very expensive expended warranty plan. Lead us to believe it was a Ford Motor Co plan but could not be one because Ford does not offer 10 yr 120,000 mile plan.

Pros: lots of cars to choose from

Cons: Lack of information to make decisions and documents not readily made available. Had to ask questions to get complete picture on EWP.
