Pros: Large inventory of new cars.

Cons: Located in a very busy traffic area, Small dealership lot so most of the new cars are parked on a secure lot located some distance away. (you can't just drive up and shop the cars at the dealership) You have to get a salesman to drive you down to the lot to get access)

The Internet sales manager was marginally helpful, finding vehicles for me at the company's different locations and quoting me some prices, but most of the deal was made at the dealership by the sales consultant and the sales manager.

Pros: Showed me all the features of the car, helped me with a test drive, and held the car for me while I got the insurance and loan closing set up. The deal was quite transparent, with the salesman showing me exactly what he could see in the various databases he had access to, as well as the factory invoice, complete with dealer holdback. The salesman even gave me a ride home.

Cons: None off the top of my head. It seemed like a typical car dealership.

Bad experience! The salesman was great but the sales manager was terrible!! She kept messing up his sale I should have walked out but didn't....

Pros: Salesman was nice.

Cons: Almost everything else. Hell the Car I got had to get bodywork done one it because there detailers where terrible! When got back from there bodyshop the car had overspray all over it and my antena was gone.

Pros: I had an honest and very friendly sales person

Cons: Although the sales person was great the sales manger was the definition of sleezey used car dealer. The sales person went to another sales manager to get the deal I wanted which worked out well.

This dealer will try and rip you off in financing. They will add a "Platinum protection" plan onto your paper work that is $1000! They won't tell you and only talk monthly payments. Ask to see the total price before you sign ANYTHING.

Pros: They have a lot of cars.

Dealer had a trade-in deal for 2500 for any vehicle, so we traded in our (poor condition) Volvo for the Focus. Dealer treated us well, didn't rush us, showed us a few cars, and let us do our own test drive for a few hours. They even came and towed our "trade-in" for us.

Pros: Friendly, good atmosphere. Kept contact after sale to make sure things were going well.

Cons: Service is difficult to get in for at this dealer. To get in for an oil change requires an appointment at least one week in advance.
