Pros: It was a cash deal for me without a trade-in. So there was less implications on the deal. Still buying new car for the 1st time I was a bit paranoid and sceptical at 1st dealing with any dealership. Salesperson at Kings Infiniti made me feel at ease. Concord, CA I thought I had made a pretty good deal on the new car. But my trade in was grossly undervalued by them. Unfortunately, auction results and wholesale prices of this model Volvo were very low and I had little negotiating strength. I was offered $500 addl off the day after I wrote the contract if I would let the dealer re-write the contract. I found out later that the dealer received a $2k incentive from the factory the day after I bought the car and that's why they wanted to rewrite the deal. They pocketed an addl $1500.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful. Upfront in the sales process. Very helpful when I brought my car back with a cracked windshield (a rock) the second day I owned it. They replaced the windshield 100% even though they were under no obligation to do so.
