Very unsatisfied. We went to this dealership to purchase a good used car. They would never help us with a used car. Instead, they pushed the new car on us. Now we are in something we cannot afford. It's a lease and the monthly payment is as high as the financed payment. We tried to rescind on the first business day after the deal. They refused, and said it will be considered a repossession. They calim it had already funded over the weekend, when we had not given them the $2000 down. Now we feel we are working just to have a car, and barely afford regular things like food, gas, power, and so forth. It is a good car. But they knew before this deal closed we could not afford the vehicle. Now we are stuck with it. Is there anything we can do?

Pros: None

Cons: They do not provide a walk around once you settle on a car. They did not care if you could afford the car. They did not care that there was only 1 income in the family and that is $8.30 an hour. We had already purchased a used car from them, and that note is $355.00 the lease is $385! Nor did they tell us the insurance was much higher for a leased car! We are very upset, and do not know what to do. I cannot even enjoy having a new car because of the note and insurance is running over $500 a month. Do the math!!!

we got a $500 rebate for Kia loyalty bonus, $400 student bonus, & 36 months 0% APR + $500 rebate. Awful sales manager though. He was happier to get an extra $300 out of me than to have a satisfied & happy customer. This car has the power package (CC, power everything, bluetooth, iPod, etc). Does not have rims nor sunroof. We opted not to go with the Fuel Economy package either.

Pros: Our salesmen, Mike and Dave were good guys.

Cons: The sales manager was an ass. He had various gimmicks for us after we had agreed to terms. The financing guy Hector was good too.

Very easy to work with. Not your stereotypical car dealership or sales person. The dealer was committed to making us happy from the first time we contacted them. He went out of his way to make the who process work for us. The salesman met us as we were getting out of our car when we came for pickup the new vehicle.

Pros: Down to earth, committed to making us happy.
