Burlington, WA They were OK, we had a nice salesman, but even going in with bunches of numbers on what we could literally guarantee in a purchase through Consumer Reports' "Build and Buy" program, the desk manager decided to insult us by trying to play "shock and awe" games with their initial offer. Overall, I felt like we got a fair deal and we liked the salesman we had, but we felt like these still used stereotypical dealership tricks that were kind of lame to even experience.
Pros: Good salesman, Dana, who wasn't too pushy and friendly, though of course his job was to make money. Cons: Desk manager - stereotypical dealership tricks that didn't work. Purchased 2011 Kia Sportage 4WD 4dr LX on Jan 21, 2011 Archer Kia

Pros: They were close to us. Cons: They hounded us over the financing when we told them we didn't like it. The salesman wasn't helpful at all and lied to us about how they got an 08 used in such a short time. The car and the sticker price sold us, the salesman made us want to leave.
