Sharon, MA This was an internet purchase, but the price was not finalized. Was told they would beat other dealers by "hundreds". I knew I was getting a good deal - and had four dealerships wanting my business. They are good, but then again, any Lexus dealership you visit will be good.
Pros: They go out of their way to help and give you all the time and excellent information you need to make a purchase. Their service department had to repaint a portion of the vehicle and did an excellent job. The car looked great after they took care of the issue. Cons: I asked for a few maintenance items to be taken care of through my salesmen - and unfortunately they didn't happen. After the second time the car was back at the dealership, I asked if they could perform a 1,000 mile check - as is indicated by the maintenance book. The salesmen forgot again and told me that it wasn't a big deal. Simply NOT the right answer. Purchased 2010 Lexus IS 250 C 2dr Conv Auto on Nov 28, 2010 |
