Nice place. Quick and efficient purchase process.

Pros: Great no-haggle price. One person person did everything form test drive, to purchase to out the door. Very efficient.

Cons: First salesperson was crap. Worst of the entire car shopping journey that weekend. Almost didn't' return due to that one person.

I went in with a price about $1k below the lowest price I could find on Edmund's for the car I wanted, but also printed out the Edmunds.com slip to show them. This was below I found realcartips, lol. This low starting point allowed me to play around a little to appear flexible, but still stick to my guns at the end of the day when the negotiating process really got going- at the end of the day, by sticking to my guns, being patient during the back-and-forth, and keeping a level head, I actually went below the lowest Edmunds.com price in my state by about $600 before taxes. Also, I brought my dad with me so that we could talk about the process and so that I would not get bored. After hearing online that lots of dealerships mic their tables, we used a language none of the sales people could understand.

Pros: It took a long time to negotiate (the usual back and forth), but they were willing to work with me to get me to a price I felt good about.

Cons: They expected me to believe them and pity them when they used all the usual sales tactics on me, and were quite annoying in that respect.
