Pros: salesman was new, helpful; sales manager was pleasant, laid-back, easy to deal with

Cons: was told by service manager when I called a few weeks after purchase to check on maintenance that i needed an oil change that had been done only about 600 miles previously. Happy with sales; don't trust service.

I used the Mazda S-Plan to purhcase my Mazda6. Origianlly the came out with the Full Sticker Price with Dealer Options and ADM for a total of $33,240 !!!

Pros: The pruchase was Quik, but not painless, I had to get used to spending $24K on a new car. But the Mazda6 has the same features as an Acura TSX for $6K less

Pretty good. I wish I could of come down on the price some more, but the deal was so good I didn't push it.

Pros: I'm happy and I have a new car that is dependable!!!

Cons: Don't let them push you around on the finance side. They tried to give me a higher finance rate (after I signed papers and was given what i thought payment would be) and I felt pressured a bit. Told him that wasn't the deal and he came back with lower financing.

The price on the car was quite good. Quoted price on an extended warranty of almost 50% off MSRP, that sealed the deal. Staffing was low on the day we completed the deal so it took longer than it might have. Overall they were very easy to deal with.

Pros: They had the car we wanted. Price was quite good, but I had slightly better offers on the same car with slightly different options at other dealers. This car just fit our wants best.

Cons: I think I should have gotten a little more on my trade-in. I didn't press too hard. My wife looked at me like a trouble maker when I asked them to bump it up two hundered dollars...
