Pros: Friendly staff who went out of their way to get me the truck I wanted.

Cons: Watch out for Eric, the finance manager! He tried to hoodwink me by only putting $3500 on my clunker when I qualified for $4500. Then, after I caught that mistake, he tried to subtract the $3000 rebate from the MSRP instead of the invoice price which I had already negotiated. I used the U-Promise buying service. He claimed that they had never heard of them. I told him to call the # on the form and we would get it straight right then and there. He backed off then and said he would do whatever made me happy. I told him what would make me happy is to finish the paperwork using the price that had already been agreed to. Then he spent several minutes trying to convince me to buy overpriced extended warranty, credit insurance, gap insurance, road side assistance, etc. that I repeatedly told him I did not need. If you are prepared to deal with Eric's shenanigans ahead of time, you will be ok. I would rate this dealership excellent except for Eric, so I will rate it very good instead.
