I called about the Prius with no intention of buying and the sales lady Antoinette immediately told me there was 3 day $2500 off. So I went on a Saturday and was shown the car and drove with Wesley who was also amazingly polite and helpful. Called back on a Sun. and Antoinette emailed the the OTD price which I had asked for. It was exactly as she had quoted. Drove another Prius finally decide on color. Antoinette was extremely helpful and friendly and NO HIGH Pressure from anyone. This has got to be the best buying experience I have experienced from a Memphis car dealer.

Pros: Told me about a $2500 off immediately no negotating. Helpful employees no high pressure. Everyone needs to be more like Antoinette and Wesley. Polite and helpful no high pressure.

Cons: Haven't had to take car in for anything yet, so I don't have any bad points yet.

Decent. They marked up the extended warranty and the prepaid service A LOT -- like thousands of dollars. So I didn't get those items from that dealer.

Pros: They had the car, and they showed me all the features very well.

Cons: They tried some cheesy trick when I was hemming and hawing about the price. As I turned to my wife to discuss one last time, I noticed the salesman IMing something. Seconds later, his "associate" stopped by the desk saying "Hey Armen, I've got a guy on the phone that really wants that last Prius. Is it still available?" Then he turned to me and said, "I don't know... is it?" Very lame technique, poorly executed. They also gave me a hard time about putting some of the charge on my credit card -- an argument I eventually won.

Dealership was up front about not negotiating on this car. They didn't add anything above the MSRP for the car and provided dealer-installed options at dealer invoice price (hence the disparity in final transaction price). The car arrived ~4 weeks earlier than predicted.

Great - did not try to over sell me on options. Told me the a Pkg 2 would be good for me, but them had a Pkg 6 in the color that I liked, so I bought it from their on hand inventory.

Pros: Knowledge of Salesman Gave me Mud Guards, rear bumper rubber protector, Side Pin striping - worth probably $150.00 total

I researched prices from all dealerships up and down a 200 mile span north and south on I-5 from Bellingham to just south of Portland. After negotiating pricing with all, I took a chance on sending Doxon my best offer as they were the closest dealer to our home and they beat it. There was no haggling over price. Everything went smoothly. They were great to work with. To be fair, most of the dealerships in the area were very helpful and honest.

Pros: No hassle. I simply presented them with my best offer from another dealer over email and they beat it.

Cons: I wouldn't say it's too much of a con but the dealership is currently under construction so parking was a little scarce.
