Molle Toyota
Kansas City, MO I dealt with the truck manager over the Internet and through email the whole time until we met to discuss my trade-in. I was dealing with 5 other dealers, and he offered the best price. They wouldn't budge much on the trade-in, but they gave in a bit on the price he gave me on the Internet.
(By the way, whoever set up the survey page forgot to add a "Grade" trim to the list. It's not an SR5 but below it. My double cab was a grade truck.)
Pros: Dealing with me through email and not in the showroom. This guy was fair enough. I think they made about $1000 on the truck. Consumer Reports says between 4% and 8% is a fair dealer profit. Cons: Hard nose dealing for my trade-in. But to be fair, he kept telling me to sell it on my own. I didn't want to fool with it. Purchased 2009 Toyota Tundra Double Cab SR5 6AT on Apr 11, 2009 |
