BMW Incentives and Lease Deals for February 2012

BMW surpassed Mercedes-Benz and Lexus to become the best selling luxury brand in the U.S. for 2011.

BMW wants to hold on to this lead, so they're offering some great incentives - mostly subvented lease deals with high residual values and low money factors.

For example, you can lease a 2011 BMW 3-Series for as low as $299 per month with $3,800 down.

The BMW Z4 and 1 Series can be leased for less than $400 per month. The 5-series comes with a $579/month lease deal while the 2012 BMW 7-Series can be had for $879/month.

On the financing side, BMW is offering 0.9% to 4.9% financing for qualified buyers.

There is also a $1,000 loyalty bonus available to all current BMW owners.
