McKinney, TX Started out very satisfied. We had agreed on a drive off price through email. Our salesman wanted to "upsell" us every insurance product available. We were getting irritated and told him that we wanted to sign the check and leave. He kept going. Kept saying "I just want you to be completely satisfied." We finally told him that we would walk if he didn't let us just write the check. He and his managers got kind of "cold" after that, but they hurried us through so we could close the sale.
