Experience was ok until I realized that the online ad that they put out included documentation fee in the price but I was charged the complete documentation fee on top of the advertised price at the time of the sale.

Pros: Dealer is courteous and I think ok in general.

Cons: Advertise "Dealer Service Fee Included in Quoted Price" but still add the dealer service fee to the price of the vehicle upon closing.

Sterling McCall Nissan
Houston, TX
We went several times to checkout variuos car models and took test drive. Then got quotes from the internet from several dealerships around the area. Took our lowest quote and bargained down from their MSRP price. Sales manager didn't do the bargining directly with us. It was all done through the sale guy, so there was a lot of back and forth back and forth. In the end it was still $150 about our original intended price. So we asked them to throw in some oil changes for free and we got 2 and took the car. It was too tiring at that point.

Pros: Maybe sales guy was new, there was no push in anyway to buy.

Cons: They first just quoted us the MSRP price minus the rebate, which is silly.
