I was very satisfied from the time I was quoted the price through the Internet, to the time I took delivery.
Pros: No games. The price I was quoted, was the price of the car when I got to the dealer. The car had a full tank of gas when I took delivery.
Cons: The finance guy tried to get me to buy an extended warranty. I know it was his job and he had to do it even though I had expressed not wanting one. It was just a waste of time.

IT was a good experience once I got in touch with the sales manager. My original salesman was horrible andtried way to hard to try to fit in with the 'younger' couple. He made very rude and horrible comments to myself and my husband trying to seel us the car....like the cargo area in the rear... he told us how we could hide our drugs in there.... YEAH he SAID that!!! I was floored!!!! I knew a friend that was best friends with the sales manager at this lot. I thought I would go there first on my own and see if i got treated fairly, which i didnt, so I went in and dealt with him. The original salesman tried to get me a deal, like 6K down and 615 a month... I shredded that deal paper and walked out the door (at this point i knew i had to call the sales manager to get taken care of the right way cause I had been at the dealer for 4 hours just trying to deal with them). Sales manager got me right where i wanted to be... so overall, one salesman STUNK and the manager ROCKED!!
Pros: the sales manager that saved the sale!!! Have had only one interaction with the service dept, for first oil change and they seemed okay...
Cons: the original salesperson that was HORRIBLE!!!

Delivery charge could be removed from MSRP really easy plus extra few hundred bucks could be removed if you don't finance throw them.

I highly recommend getting as close to your target price via the internet/email prior to walking into the dealership - definitely gave me an edge and an idea of what the dealership should/shouldn't charge me. Knowledge is power! And so is thorough car-buying research. It's worth the extra time and effort, ..trust me.
Pros: ..seriously..??? It's a car dealership. The best thing about it is pulling out of the parking lot.
Cons: I knew more about the car that I was buying than the salesman.

I used my Sam's Club Membership and their Auto buying program. It saved me about $2,000 and I got the dealer add-ons such as pin-striping, VIN Etching and Nitrogen filled tires for FREE!
Pros: Did most of the transaction over the phone. John worked with me and held the Rogue for over a week until I could come in. I had to wait as I was needing to find out if State Farm was going to total my Chevy Impala that got run in to by some moron.
Cons: Did not want to give me a good deal on an ext. warranty :(

Wonderful. I knew I would take a hit on the minivan, but after owning four I wanted OUT. I'd looked at the Rogue's specs, and the first vehicle that got to the dealer is the one I bought. I love it.
Pros: No nonsense with the sale; they know me from my previous Nissan purchases. Their service department is superb---it's why I own three Nissans.
Cons: Worst? Uh, this dealer's a straight shooter. If it HAD a 'worst' anything, I wouldn't buy there.
