Wilmington, DE The manager tried to scam me. When I went to pick up the car, it did not contain all of the features that we discussed and should have been included. When I questioned the manager, he assured me it was an oversight... right... I don't like feeling cheated over a few hundred dollars of options when I spent thousands of dollars on a new car.
Pros: Friendly Cons: Not honest, tried to cheat me, and lied many times to my face. I had to use the internet to research everything at the dealership because I couldn't trust a word that he told me and caught him in many lies.
