Average. Highlander's are selling very quickly and are hard to come by, so dealers are not very willing to negotiate much.

Pros: Salesman courteous and prompt during the process. Finance person was not high pressure.

Cons: Needs to have a private areas for the salesmen and their customers. Also needs to have an area designated ONLY for picking up your car.

Online purchase was smooth. Pickup of new vehicle was easy and paperwork was clear. The staff at Stadium Toyota was very friendly and helpful. This was a Cash For Clunkers deal and the Stadium team was prepared for it. Great experience.

Pros: Very fair price and the team was able to get the vehicle we wanted considering it was near the end of the model year. The team was able to answer all of our questions during the whole process.

Cons: Can't think of any. This dealer beat all the other dealers in a 150 mile radius and did it with the least amount of hassle. They came to play.

No haggle price. No one could come close and I researched and Haggled with DOZENS of dealers. Go to their website www.jimbarkleytoyota.com and the real prices are all there. Plus I had it delivered to my house in Arlington, VA for $400 (private carrier) and still beat anybody in DC area by $3,000+.

Pros: No haggle. Best prices.

Cons: No complaints. You do have to restrict yourself to buying what they have (i.e., best deals are the ones they have priced on the web).

Great overall experience. They showed me all my options and provided great customer service. I'm a business owner who understands the value you get treated right.

Pros: Seth, Tom and his team listened to my needs and got me the exact car I wanted even though it wasn't in stock. It was a rare model, an xle with captains chairs in jade metallic with black interior that was out of the area and wasn't excited about driving 450 miles to buy. Other local dealerships lied and said there was none out there. I appreciated their honesty.

Cons: None. Well of course the 48 hour waiting period but can't really complain!

Buying experience was pretty good. Carwoo (which I found at realcartips.com) was a blessing. Helped me to get the dealerships to compete for my business. I could not get the dealers to move off the quoted price from carwoo,but it was such a good price that we accepted it.

Pros: Prompt response to questions, counter offers good buying advice upfront and honest with invoice costs for new car showed blue book value on trade to show that it was a fair price

Cons: long process (4+ hours) even though we had been preapproved for credit Not real impressed with trade evaluator- didn't drive car,open the hood, etc.

Completely satisfied. Salesman (Michael Harris) and Finance Dept. were friendly, fast and efficient. We e-mailed ahead of time and told Michael what we were intertested in. When we arrived, he had the vehicle parked in the front and ready for us to test drive. Negotiations took 10 minutes! No games like you receive at Nissan (who likes to keep you there for hours on end...why I'm not sure).
