The new 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring joined the list, managing 23 city and 30 mpg highway with its 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.
The base Mitsubishi Lancer also made the cut - another 2.0-liter nabbing 22 mpg city and 31 mpg highway, while Suzuki's SX4 got noticed with its 23 mpg city and 33 mpg highway.
