To qualify, the vehicles have to be current year models that have met Consumer Reports' criteria to be recommended. That means they scored well in testing, had average or better reliablity, and performed well in safety tests.
All of the models this month can be negotiated 15% or more off MSRP. Most come with cash-back rebates.
