Cars With the Lowest Lease Payments

Each month, I scour through all the manufacturer lease deals and show you which ones offer the lowest monthly payments.
Most lease deals are structured with some sort of down payment. In order to show you a true comparison, I re-formulate each deal with $0 down payment.
This month, the lowest lease payments are mostly on leftover 2012 models, with the exception of the 2013 Acura ILX. That model is not selling as well as Acura had hoped, and is now available for only $300 per month with $0 down. Please note these deals may vary considerably depending on your region.
