Being "green" is still in, especially when it comes to purchasing a car. With the high price of gas, coupled with the desire to protect the planet, there is definitely a trend towards more environmentally-friendly driving options.
Forbes recently put together a list of the 2014 vehicles they consider the "greenest," based on research conducted by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE).
The 12 vehicles on the list include the Smart ForTwo Electric Drive, Toyota Prius c, Honda Civic Hybrid, and Mitsubishi Mirage.
