Honda Fit EV $199 Lease Deal
April 2, 2015
If you're a fan of electric cars, I have some good news: Honda is offering a two year lease extension on all used Honda Fit EVs that come with unlimited mileage, no down payment, plus collision coverage for only $199 a month. This special lease deal is being offered as a lease extension for existing Fit EV leasees, but new customers can also opt for it on any used Fit EV they find on dealer lots, so if you've been wanting to drive the Honda Fit EV and you tend to put a lot of miles on a car, now might be a great time to get behind the wheel. And although the vehicle was originally only available in Oregon and California, it has now been expanded to New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Massachusetts.
The reason Honda is offering this unusual lease deal is because the Fit EV was only intended as a "compliance vehicle" to qualify for California emmission standards when it was first released in 2013. Since it was discontinued last fall, and the new hydrogen vehicle that is supposed to replace it won't be available until 2017, Honda is offering this extension.
If you're considering leasing the Honda Fit EV or any other vehicle, make sure to use TrueCar No Haggle and CarsDirect
