If you've been considering purchasing an electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid, now is a good time. Due to low gas prices and lower demand, there's a ton of great deals on used electric vehicles.
Forbes put together a list of what they consider the 15 best deals on used 2013 models of EVs and hybrids. Vehicles on the list include the Smart fortwo Electric Drive, Nissan Leaf, Ford Focus Electric, and Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid.
