Mercedes Ranks #1 in Dealer Satisfaction

A new study that looked at how car shoppers are treated at dealerships ranked Mercedes-Benz and Lexus as the best dealerships.
The study was conducted by a firm called Pied Piper. They sent paid researchers to dealerships and had them rate their experience.
The top 4 out of 5 dealerships were luxury brands which isn't very surprising. On the lower end, Mitsubishi and Pontiac were rated the worst dealerships when it comes to being treated well.
The highest ranking dealerships were:
- Mercedes-Benz
- Lexus
- Jaguar
- Saturn
- Land Rover
The worst ranking dealerships were:
- Mitsubishi
- Pontiac
- Saab
- Jeep
- Chrysler
