Which Dealers are Car Shoppers Most Satisfied With?
J.D. Power and Associates has released the results of its Sales Satisfaction Index and Jaguar has taken the top spot.
This is the 5th time in 6 years that Jaguar has finished on top. The index measures how satisfied customers are by their buying experience based on the following 5 factors:
- Dealership Facility
- Salesperson
- Paperwork/Financing
- Delivery
- Vehicle Price
Luxury brands tend to finish near the top each year, however, there were 5 non-luxury brands in the top ten this year with Ford's Mercury scoring the best for sales satisfaction among the non-luxury segment.
Here are the results for both Luxury brands and Mass Market brands in 2009:
