Mini and Jaguar Ranked Best in Sales Satisfaction

According to this year's J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Sales Satisfaction Index Study, Mini dealers are tops in sales satisfaction among mass-market automotive brands.
In the luxury dealer category, Jaguar topped the list for the 3rd year in a row.
52% of respondents cited dealer treatment as a reason to purchase their new vehicle from a specific dealer.
38% of buyers cited vehicle price or the deal offered as the reason for selecting their dealer.
The study is a comprehensive analysis of the new-vehicle purchase experience, measuring customer satisfaction across four factors:
Working out the deal
Salesperson
Delivery process
Dealership facility
Other car makers who did well in the study include Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford, and GMC.
