Consumers have spoken, and the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Ford Fusion - in that order - are the most popular cars in the US right now.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Honda Accord ranks #1 with 33,538 units sold in April 2013. Following very closely behind is the Toyota Camry with 31,710 sales, and the Ford Fusion with 26,722 sold in April.
