Real Prices of Midsize SUVs

If you're in the market for a midsized SUV, take a look at the following tables I compiled using
TrueCar 's average selling prices. These days, MSRP doesn't mean much since the actual selling price can fluctuate greatly. But it can
be difficult to determine which models are actually cheapest without knowing what kind of average discount they're selling for.
Some have discounts of around 14%, while others are selling close to or above MSRP.
The table below is sorted by biggest average discount off MSRP, with the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee having the biggest discount (13.5% after incentives).
You can sort the table by clicking on any column. For examle, if you want to see the cheapest SUVs, sort by "Avg Paid" column and you'll see the 2026 Chevrolet Blazer has the
lowest average sale price of $34,185.
