Tesla Incentives and Lease Deals for February 2026
Tesla does not currently offer any cash back rebates, but when it comes to leases, the 2026 Tesla Cybertruck Electric and Model Y Electric are likely to offer OK value. The worst lease deals will probably be on the 2026 Tesla Model S Electric and 2026 Model X Electric, you'll want to stay away from leasing these models.
As for low APR deals, Tesla will likely continue to offer 0% financing for 72 months on the 2026 Tesla Model Y Electric.
Tesla Lease Deals Summary
The Bang for Buck for Tesla leases has increased over the past year, up to 81 in February versus an average of 76 over the past year. A higher B4B value means you're getting more car for your money when leasing a Tesla now versus over the past year on average. Using the average MSRP of Tesla vehicles ($67,006), you would currently be saving $49 per month if you lease now versus over the past year on average, and saving $130 per month versus August, which was the worst month to lease.
Note: fluctuations you see in the chart when it comes to monthly payments is a combination of Bang for Buck values and changes in trim levels and MSRPs promoted in advertised lease deals (the trend is towards more expensive trims). There will not always be a perfect correlation between B4B and average monthly payments.
