Toyota Incentives and Lease Deals for September 2016

Toyota IncentivesToyota sales have been strong this year, and Toyota is determined to make sure 2016 turns out just as good as last year. This September, they're offering cash back rebates and lease deals on most models and have great deals on any remaining leftover models.

Of note for September, Lexus is offering some large cash rebates for the first time. In lieu of cash rebates, Toyota is offering financing for as low as 0% for up to 36 months or 1.9% for up to 48 months on many models, and a few lease deals with monthly payments of less than $350 per month with $0 down. Toyota also offers two years of free maintenance on the purchase of any new car.

There are additional discounts available on almost all models including a $1,000 student/college grad/military bonus.

Here are the maximum customer cash-back rebates available nationwide along with the best lease deals. (Note: incentives can vary greatly by region; these figures may not be accurate in your local area. Always verify with your local dealers) Tip: Be sure to use TrueCar and Edmunds Price Promise (They both have good pre-negotiated prices)

My Recommendation for Car Shoppers

TrueCar No-Haggle, Edmunds Price Promise, and 1-800 Car Show are the quickest way to see the lowest car prices in your area. These sites show you no-haggle prices from dealers closest to you - and the deals are usually really good. This should be the first step you take when negotiating your car price. Follow this up with my checklist to make sure you squeeze out every last bit of savings.

California Residents - Important:

There is a new online car buying service called Roadster, available only to California residents, which I highly recommend you try - especially if you hate the stress of haggling with a car salesman. They provide an expert concierge who negotiates the price of the car and delivers it to your home with zero hassle - you never have to interact with a dealership. Here is my in-depth review of Roadster and why I recommend it.
