11 Cars Sold Most Often in 1st Year

An interesting compilation to check out this week from Autoblog - a list of the most common models that are sold less than a year after being purchased new.

Most on the list are luxury models, such as the BMW 3-Series and Mercedes C-Class. Some reasons cited are not being satisfied with lower-trim models, but another reason why luxury models are on the list is because more of them are used as demo vehicles and sold as "used", even thought they've technically never had an owner outside of the dealership.

Nevertheless, if you're interested in one of these vehicles, it may be worth checking out 1-year old versions and see if you can snag an incredible deal.

My Recommendation for Car Shoppers

TrueCar, Edmunds, and 1-800 Car Show are the quickest way to see the lowest car prices in your area. These sites show you no-haggle prices from dealers closest to you - and the deals are usually really good. This should be the first step you take when negotiating your car price. Follow this up with my checklist to make sure you squeeze out every last bit of savings.
