Hyundai Owners Most Satisfied According to JD Power
How do you determine which cars have the most satisfied owners?
That's the question J.D. Power attempts to answer in their yearly Customer Retention Study.
The study, released this week, shows that Hyundai has the most satisfied owners, with 64% saying they would buy another Hyundai.
Ford and Honda tied for 2nd place, with 60% of owners saying they would buy the same brand again.
Hyundai's strong retention rate is attributed to its growing vehicle offerings and better quality, especially with the Elantra and Sonata models.
