Top 20 Most Popular Cars Right Now
May 3, 2012
Sales of new vehicles increased 18% last month compared to the same time last year.
The most popular with car buyers was the Toyota Camry, selling nearly 37,000 units. The Honda Accord surprisingly finished number two, selling over 35,000 units, despite the fact that a newly redesigned version will be available later this year.
The Nissan Altima slipped from #2 all the way down to #12, which means dealers will be more likely to offer better deals this month. Up until now, the Altima had been in a close race with the Camry as the best-selling car in America.
