Least Expensive Vehicles to Insure

March 26, 2015

When purchasing a new vehicle, there are so many little things for shoppers to think about. One thing that's often forgotten - how much will the vehicle cost to insure?

To help you out, Insure.com recently released its list of the costliest and cheapest 2015 models to insure. Two Jeep vehicles -- Jeep Wrangler Sport 4WD and Jeep Patriot Sport 2WD -- topped the least expensive to insure list, while the Nissan GT-R Nismo and Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Convertible topped the most expensive list. The full details below.

And if you're considering purchasing any of these vehicles, I recommend you use TrueCar No Haggle and Edmunds Price Promise to see the lowest prices being offered in your local area.

California Residents - Important:

There is a new online car buying service called Roadster, available only to California residents, which I highly recommend you try - especially if you hate the stress of haggling with a car salesman. They provide an expert concierge who negotiates the price of the car and delivers it to your home with zero hassle - you never have to interact with a dealership. Here is my in-depth review of Roadster and why I recommend it.
