Love is in the air this month, and that affection includes what car brands consumers feel best about.

Our friends at Consumer Reports recently revealed the results of their 2013 Car Brand Perception Survey to see how consumers felt about different car brands when it came to seven factors: quality, safety, value, performance, design, technology, and environmentally friendly.
