Believe it or not, 2013 is almost over. That means car dealerships are doing a final push to get as many car sales as they can in these last few days of the year, which usually means big savings for car buyers.
Forbes recently put out a list of the 16 best year-end deals available on new cars after cash rebates and other incentives are factored in. On the list are the likes of the 2013 Chevy Volt, 2013 Cadillac XTS, 2013 Volkswagen CC, and both the 2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500.
